Kontolöschung (Art. 17 DSGVO): Du kannst dein Lugha-Konto und alle damit verbundenen Daten direkt in der App löschen unter Profil → Einstellungen → Konto löschen. Bei Bestätigung werden binnen 30 Tagen Account-Daten, Lernfortschritt, Vokabel-Sammlungen, Crash-Logs sowie cloud-seitige Kauf-Records entfernt. Die serverseitige Löschung erfolgt durch eine Cloud Function und wird in einem internen Audit-Log dokumentiert. Apple Sign-In: Eine App-seitige Konto-Löschung beendet deine Firebase-Sitzung. Apple hält jedoch eigene Token-Records. Auf appleid.apple.com → "Apps mit deiner Apple-ID nutzen" kannst du Lugha zusätzlich revoken.
Geteilte Inhalte: Vokabel-Stapel die du öffentlich geteilt hast, bleiben in den Sammlungen anderer User die sie kopiert haben. Der Stapel-Eintrag selbst wird gelöscht.

Account Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR): You can delete your Lugha account and all associated data directly in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account. Upon confirmation, account data, learning progress, vocabulary collections, crash logs and cloud-side purchase records are removed within 30 days. The server-side deletion is handled by a Cloud Function and recorded in an internal audit log. Apple Sign-In: An in-app account deletion ends your Firebase session, but Apple keeps its own token records. On appleid.apple.com → "Apps using your Apple ID" you can additionally revoke Lugha.
Shared content: Vocabulary stacks you have shared publicly remain in the collections of other users who copied them. The stack entry itself is deleted.

Diese AGB gelten für die Nutzung der Lugha-App sowie der Website lugha.shop.
Lugha ist eine Arabisch-Lern-App mit kostenlosen Funktionen und einem optionalen Abonnement (Lugha Premium). Daneben können einzelne Verbrauchsgüter (Energy-Pakete) erworben werden.
Der Vertrag kommt durch Kauf im App Store/Google Play zustande. Die Zahlung erfolgt über den jeweiligen Store.
Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, wenn nicht 24h vor Ablauf gekündigt.
Sie haben 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht ab Vertragsschluss. Widerruf per E-Mail an support@lugha.shop oder über den App Store.
Bei sofortiger Nutzung digitaler Inhalte mit Ihrer Zustimmung erlischt das Widerrufsrecht.

Konto löschen: In der App unter Einstellungen
Volle Haftung bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit und Personenschäden. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit nur für wesentliche Vertragspflichten (begrenzt auf vorhersehbare Schäden).
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Für Verbraucher gelten zusätzlich die Schutzvorschriften ihres Aufenthaltslandes.

These terms apply to the use of the Lugha app and the website lugha.shop.
Lugha is an Arabic learning app with free features and an optional subscription (Lugha Premium). In addition, individual consumables (energy packs) can be purchased.
The contract is formed upon purchase in the App Store/Google Play. Payment is processed through the respective store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24h before expiration.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. Withdraw via email to support@lugha.shop or through the App Store.
For immediate use of digital content with your consent, the right of withdrawal expires.

Delete account: In app settings
Full liability for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. For slight negligence, only for essential contractual obligations (limited to foreseeable damages).
German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply.
