1 Delete Account in the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the Lugha app:
Steps:
- Open the Lugha app
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
2 Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
Send an email to: support@lugha.shop
Include:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation.
3 Data Deletion Details
When you delete your account, the following happens:

*Purchase records are managed by Apple/Google and cannot be deleted by us.
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your learning progress will be lost. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming.

Der einfachste Weg, Ihr Konto zu löschen, ist direkt in der Lugha-App:
Schritte:
- Öffne die Lugha App
- Tippe auf das Menü-Symbol (☰) oben links
- Gehe zu Einstellungen

- Bestätige die Löschung

Angaben:
- Betreff: „Antrag auf Kontolöschung"
- Die mit deinem Konto verknüpfte E-Mail-Adresse
Wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage innerhalb von 7 Werktagen und senden dir eine Bestätigung.
