Beta-Anmeldung (E-Mail-Adresse über Website-Formular): Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Die E-Mail wird in Firebase Firestore gespeichert und ausschließlich zur Kontaktaufnahme bezüglich der Beta verwendet. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit per E-Mail an support@lugha.shop widerrufen.

3. Website

Hosting: Diese Website wird über GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA) bereitgestellt. Beim Besuch werden IP-Adresse, Browsertyp und Zugriffszeit in Server-Logfiles erfasst. Rechtsgrundlage: Berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Siehe GitHub Datenschutz.

Firebase SDK: Die Website nutzt das Firebase JavaScript SDK zur Verarbeitung der Beta-Anmeldung. Dabei werden Daten an Google-Server übertragen. Siehe Firebase Datenschutz.

Google Analytics: Wir nutzen Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) zur anonymen Analyse der Website-Nutzung. Dies erfolgt nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung (Cookie-Banner). Google Analytics verwendet Cookies, um Seitenaufrufe, Verweildauer und Herkunft der Besucher zu erfassen. IP-Adressen werden anonymisiert. Rechtsgrundlage: Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit über die Browser-Einstellungen oder durch Löschen der Cookies widerrufen. Siehe Google Datenschutz.

Lokale Speicherung: Wir nutzen localStorage im Browser, um Ihre Spracheinstellung (Deutsch/Englisch) und Ihre Cookie-Einwilligung zu speichern. Dies ist technisch notwendig und enthält keine personenbezogenen Daten.

Technical data (device, crash reports): Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Beta signup (email address via website form): Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your email is stored in Firebase Firestore and used solely for contacting you about the beta. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@lugha.shop.

3. Website

Hosting: This website is hosted via GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). When you visit, your IP address, browser type and access time are recorded in server log files. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See GitHub Privacy.

Firebase SDK: The website uses the Firebase JavaScript SDK to process beta signups. Data is transmitted to Google servers. See Firebase Privacy.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymous analysis of website usage. This only occurs with your consent (cookie banner). Google Analytics uses cookies to track page views, session duration, and visitor sources. IP addresses are anonymized. Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via browser settings or by deleting cookies. See Google Privacy.

Local storage: We use localStorage in your browser to save your language preference (German/English) and your cookie consent. This is technically necessary and contains no personal data.

Diese AGB gelten für die Nutzung der Lugha-App sowie der Website lugha.shop.

2. Leistung

Lugha ist eine Arabisch-Lern-App mit kostenlosen und kostenpflichtigen Funktionen (Abonnements).

Beta-Phase: Lugha befindet sich derzeit in der Beta-Phase. Funktionsumfang, Verfügbarkeit und Inhalte können sich jederzeit ändern. Während der Beta-Phase besteht kein Anspruch auf einen bestimmten Funktionsumfang oder ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit.

3. Vertragsschluss & Zahlung

Der Vertrag kommt durch Kauf im App Store/Google Play zustande. Die Zahlung erfolgt über den jeweiligen Store.

Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, wenn nicht 24h vor Ablauf gekündigt.

4. Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht ab Vertragsschluss. Widerruf per E-Mail an support@lugha.shop oder über den App Store.

Bei sofortiger Nutzung digitaler Inhalte mit Ihrer Zustimmung erlischt das Widerrufsrecht.

5. Kündigung

Konto löschen: In der App unter Einstellungen

6. Haftung

Volle Haftung bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit und Personenschäden. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit nur für wesentliche Vertragspflichten (begrenzt auf vorhersehbare Schäden).

7. Recht

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Für Verbraucher gelten zusätzlich die Schutzvorschriften ihres Aufenthaltslandes.

These terms apply to the use of the Lugha app and the website lugha.shop.

2. Service

Lugha is an Arabic learning app with free and paid features (subscriptions).

Beta phase: Lugha is currently in beta. Features, availability, and content may change at any time. During the beta phase, there is no guarantee of a specific feature set or uninterrupted availability.

3. Contract & Payment

The contract is formed upon purchase in the App Store/Google Play. Payment is processed through the respective store.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24h before expiration.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. Withdraw via email to support@lugha.shop or through the App Store.

For immediate use of digital content with your consent, the right of withdrawal expires.

5. Cancellation

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android: Play Store → Subscriptions
Delete account: In app settings

6. Liability

Full liability for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. For slight negligence, only for essential contractual obligations (limited to foreseeable damages).

7. Law

German law applies. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence also apply.
